Our Seminar and Holiday Hotel, set amidst the lake area of Mecklenburg- Vorpommern,
is a property with more than 50.000 sq.metres on the edge
of the lake called "Dreier See".

Here you still find clear lakes with plenty of fish, huge forest

The Seminar and Holiday Hotel KIWI, situated in the nature park
"Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide", offers
you ideal conditions for undisturbed learning, conferences and
meeting each other in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere.

A sun terrace as well as large grounds for light-hearted activities,
ensure that the head will become clear again. You can follow the day with fun and relaxation.

 In two Scandinavian style,
renovated houses with
6 single, 17 double/twin
bedrooms and one apartment
where the guests can feel at
home.
All rooms have warmth and
atmoshere, some with a
balcony and lake view.
Each room includes WC/shower, T.V., radio, telephone (DSL-access) and minibar. Also one room where the disabled guest will be comfortable.
 
 Our two conference rooms
(25/40 places) have extensive
technology.

With the view of the "Dreier See" enjoy our restaurant, or during the summer season on the terrace, a rich breakfast buffet, roast venison or fish specialities of the region. A tasty vegetarian menu or seminar food available.

in our log-house-sauna directly at
the lake - and if you want you can
refresh in the cristalclear water of
the lake only some steps away.
